What are the steps at the faculty?
- Application
You need to fill out the application form electronically, print it out, and sign it by hand. Please send the scanned application form to the faculty coordinator, who will sign it together with the vice-dean. Based on the application form, your mobility will be registered in the UIS. The coordinator from the central IRO will take over the application form and add it to the checklist.
- Learning agreement (LA)
The LA is completed by the student and the receiving institution. Once completed, it should be sent to the faculty coordinator to verify the information before signing. After the coordinator approves it, the LA, signed by the student and the host institution, must be returned to the faculty coordinator. The coordinator will then sign the LA and forward it to the central IRO for final signature.
