Master’s students from the University of Tirana, as beneficiaries of the Erasmus+ KA171 programme, successfully completed a three-month traineeship at FAFNR. The students expressed their gratitude to the Erasmus+ KA171 programme for the opportunity to participate in this mobility, which significantly contributed to their academic and professional development. Under the mentorship of Prof. Vera Potopová, they enhanced their understanding of climate change impacts on land-use systems, strengthened skills in linking climate and spatial data, and developed interdisciplinary approaches combining climate science, environmental studies, and AI-supported modeling tools (C-ROADS and En-ROADS). The accompanying photocollage reflects the students’ appreciation of the CZU campus, the study opportunities available, and their successful integration with Czech students during lectures and training sessions.
