Student Scientific Conference FAPPZ

On 12 May 2025, the FAPPZ held the competition for the best scientific and project work of bachelor and master students at FAPPZ the Student Scientific Conference. This year, the competition was announced in five sections, with a total of 55 students.

The most represented departments in the competition were the Department of Microbiology, Nutrition and Dietetics; the Department of Landscape Architecture; the Department of Ethology and Companion Animal Science; the Department of Food Science; the Department of Soil Science and Soil Protection and the Department of Agroenvironmental Chemistry and Plant Nutrition.

All students who participated in the competition received honorary acknowledgement of their participation in the Student Scientific Conference FAPPZ. The students who placed 1st - 3rd in each competition section received from the Dean of the Faculty, prof. Ing. Josef Soukup, CSc. diploma and a financial reward.

Agriculture

Food Science

3. Bc. Eliška Paidarová - Validace HPLC metody pro stanovení sacharidů v rajčatech a vliv odrůdy na jejich kvalitu a senzorické charakteristiky / Validation of HPLC method for the determination of sugars in tomatoes and the effect of the variety on their quality and sensory properties (KMVD, prof. Ing. Lenka Kouřimská, Ph.D.)
