The Czech University of Life Sciences Prague and the DRIFT-FOOD Research Centre invite you to the international symposium Innovative Pathways Toward Resilient Food Systems, which will take place on 23–24 April 2026 at CZU in Prague in a hybrid format.
The symposium will focus on new approaches and current challenges in food systems. It will bring together experts from academia and practice and create space for knowledge sharing, inspiration, and new collaborations.
The programme will address in particular:
- sustainability and climate,
- health and nutrition,
- food safety and quality,
- consumer insights.
Day 1 will focus on food innovation, food safety, bioeconomy, and sustainable resource use.
Day 2 will explore current trends such as alternative proteins, fermentation, functional foods, cultured meat, and insects in food products. The programme will also include a panel discussion.
